Anxiety is often one of the top issues many of my clients come to see me for while they are also seeing their therapist. For some it is a short experience while for others it is a chronic condition causing many years of suffering. This can take a draining toll on their health, job, and relationships. They were told it is a psychological disorder. The way I see it, anxiety is built up energy. It is built up memories in the physical body that are not being expressed. The body becomes overwhelmed with all these messages with no release outlet. The struggle is real but it doesn’t have to be.

If anxiety is not resolved, you may find it extremely difficult to leave your home, drive a car, or even speak to other people both whom you know or don’t know. It can leave you feeling very isolated especially when this leaves you with your over-active monkey mind that makes a mess of altering your reality for the worse. Looping thoughts creates the chemical response coursing in you. When your past is controlling you, dreaming of a beautiful future seems impossible.

Here is a first hypnosis session client’s experience. Her therapist recommended me. “I just felt calm inside all night last night, and it has stuck with me for the most part today. I feel happiness that I haven’t felt in a while. I was thinking of going into an anxiety treatment center, but I may be able to skip that if the hypnosis continues to have a calming effect. It has helped to bring me calmness I didn’t have going into the session.”

The “c” word used to be associated with the word “cancer” but the Corona Virus may be a close runner-up. Given the high emotional impact of Covid-19, you must be even more diligent is getting your anxiety resolved. The way our world operates has been altered leaving us feeling fearful and unsafe. It doesn’t have to be this way.
